Description

sofa or console table and when Regency pieces are as good looking as this one they can slide into any interior from 21stC luxe to smart period townhouse

the pole is in good order throughout with some old worm whilst the flag has some old moth holes and one tear to the hem but overall is still sound

A lovely piece of anatomical artwork

The legs have at some stage been fitted with castors and these have then again been removed and the ends of the legs have been retipped and painted in a darker green

shows some influence seen here in the style of the pierced brass being rather ecclesiastical in its overall aesthetic
