En Remilly is, of course, one of Saint Aubins prestige terroirs. It sits above the Cte de Beaunes Grand Cru vineyards and produces one of the villages finest and most sought after wines. This a superb white Burgundy with lovely flesh, lots of stone fruit and spice and a long, mineral finish. Mid lemon yellow. More of an apple perfume here,
