The box is made of solid pine and is quite wide and deep and fairly low. It could be used at the foot of a bed for storing blankets and clothes, or perhaps in a lounge as a coffee table with hidden storage. The box has a large lift up lid which is fitted with two chains and the interior is clean and unpainted. The base is set on castors making it easy to move about.
