2023 Sezão wine I knew I wanted toAn elegant, aromatic red wine with a peppery tannin finish perfect to serve with paella. Originally from Portugal, Sezo is traditionally used in vintage port styles, bringing deep colour and firm tannin to the back of the palate. Young Portugese winemakers have more recently started to use it in deeply flavoured elegant reds. Here at the vineyard, Sezo is the last of our southern Mediterranean varieties to ripen every year. The tiny bunches fit snugly
