hints of strawberries and a little black pepper

the mid palate is extremally smooth and elegant with red berries and hints of fresh dates and red grapes

in 1930 the distillery is mothballed for the next 37 years

hints of melon and a little soft toffee character

Ledaig Single Malt 42% 70cl Diplomatico Palate : Rich and roundLedaig 42% Vol Isle of Mull Nose: Charcoal embers and dried spices, hay bales and oak bark, dried banana with a rich summer fruits and salted caramel. Palate: A slightly dry opening with a little waxiness and dried fruit, sweet smoke and toasted cereal, crisp and fruity mid palate with apricot slices, watermelon then a bolder dry sweet spice mingling with barbecue embers and peat notes in the finish.
